The Open & Little Athletics State Championships is a true test of endurance, and UTS Norths athletes delivered a masterclass. Across a gruelling four-day schedule, our squad dug deep to bring home an incredible 21 podium finishes, including 9 Gold, 7 Silver, and 5 Bronze medals! From a spectacular 1-2-3 sweep in the Men's 400m to dominant performances across the track, field, and para-athletics, our athletes proved their resilience. 2026 NSW Junior State Championships Wrap-Up

UTS Norths Athletics Club delivered a strong showing at the 2026 NSW Junior State Championships. Over four days at Sydney Olympic Park, 39 athletes competed to secure 21 podium finishes—7 Gold, 4 Silver, and 10 Bronze—along with 44 Top 8 Finalist placements. The competition was so great that any of these finalists could have finished on the podium as well. The athletes also set three new club records. Masters Dominate at Canberra Nationals

The UTS Norths athletics team delivered an exceptional performance at the Canberra Championships from 6 to 9 March 2026. Competing across the AIS and Woden tracks, our athletes secured an incredible haul of medals. Beyond the podium success, the team rewrote the history books by setting ten new Club Records!
