All members are invited to attend the 2026 AGM of UTS Norths Athletics Club, an important opportunity to reflect on another fantastic year of athletics, celebrate achievements, and help shape the future direction of our club.

📅 Date: Saturday 27 June 2026
⏰ Time: 10:00am
📍 Venue: Rotary Athletic Field, Mowbray Road, Lane Cove

The AGM will include:
• President, Secretary and Treasurer reports
• Review of the 2025 AGM minutes
• Committee reports across coaching, competition, juniors and social activities
• Club awards and special recognitions
• Election of Office Bearers and Committee Members
• General business and member discussion

We encourage all financial members to attend and have their say in the future of the club.

Important reminders:
✔ General business items must be submitted in writing at least 7 days prior to the AGM
✔ Committee nominations close 7 days before the AGM
✔ Only financial members are eligible to vote, nominate or submit motions
✔ Proxy voting is available for members unable to attend

Memberships must be current to participate in voting and nominations.
