Please note there will be no Walk or 60m events.

As last week, athletes must enter the event online to participate, but there will be no charge to compete.

"MAXIMUM EFFORT” 800m – generously sponsored by Maximum Effort, there will be $150 prize money each for the first male and first female across the line.

Awards will be presented by one or two Olympic and Commonwealth Games representatives who might also join in some of the events during the afternoon.

Please bring a plate of food to share for the party – drinks will be provided.
