We are pleased to advise that the 3rd Winter Series with Throws Pentathlon events will be held at Rotary Athletics Field on Saturday 22 July 2023.  Other Non-Olympic Track events are included.

Entry Fee for the Throws Pentathlon and Individual Events is capped at $20.  If you are entering the Throws Pentathlon & Individual events including throws please ensure you select Throws Pentathlon and the individual throws you want to take part in, otherwise select Throws Pentathlon or Individual events only.

Entries for the Throws Pentathlon will close earlier to accommodate time to get the scoring sheets and other administration in order.

Entries for Individual events will close at the start of competition.

12.30pm    - 300m Run  (IND)
12.45pm    - Mile Run (IND)
1.00pm     - Discus Throw (PENT and or IND)
2.00pm     - Javelin Throw (PENT and or IND)
2.45pm     - Weight Throw (PENT and or IND)
3.15pm       - Super Weight Throw (IND)

*PENT - Order of events must be done this way to meet Pentathlon rules

*IND - Individual throwing events will be conducted at the same time as the PENT
