He ran the 10km event in a time of 32:51 which is an excellent time on a difficult and hilly course. He backed up on the Sunday by winning the Mini-Mos Community Fun Run. This was a 5km event and had over 500 competitors. Back to Nowra, Leo Patterson also ran well for a 12th place in 36:19. Elliott Metcalf won a silver in the u18 event with a 19:44 run in the 6km event. Brad Sharpe said that he “had a tough day in the office” with his creditable 6th place in the 55+ age group (8km).
