Membership of UTS Northern Suburbs Athletic Club includes
access to train at Rotary Athletic Field (including the well equipped weight
room), specialist coaching and ability to compete at all Athletics NSW organised
events.

IMPORTANT NOTE
Under the hire agreement between Willoughby City Council
and UTS Northern Suburbs Athletic Club Inc - for the use of Rotary Athletic
Field Grounds and Buildings by its members.
Club members are those that;
Hold current registration, this covers them with
Athletics Australian National Insurance Program Provided By Willis Australia -
Australis Group Underwriting underwritten by QBE Insurance (Australia) Limited.
Please Note if you are not
registered then you have no insurance cover.

You cannot train on Rotary Athletic Fields grounds.

Use the club’s Gym,
§
Take part in any ANSW event.
§
Take part in any UTS North’s Club event except with a trialling
form that allows two competitions (try before you buy).
Note: There is no cover under the above policy for members of:

Australian Masters Athletics Inc.
§
Australian Federation of Race
Walking Clubs.
§
Australian Mountain Runners
Association.
§
Australian Athletics Confederation
and All Affiliated bodies.
§
Australian Ultra Runners Association.
For free membership to UTS students,
they need to join the UTS Union Advantage Package Program and provide the Club

Club policy
on fares assistance
Athletes travelling to national and
world cross country championships must have competed for UTS Norths in three
ANSW cross country or road events that season.
Athletes travelling to national and international track and field championships
must have competed for UTS Norths in at least four days of the following events:

Club Premiership days (maximum of 6 days)
-
NSW Club
Championships
-
National Club
Championships
-
State relays
(two days with each day counting as separate days)
For example you would qualify if you compete in:

a Club Premiership at Mingara and ES Marks, the
Saturday of the State relays and the NSW Club championship. or
·
both days of the State relays, the NSW Club
Championships and the Club Premiership at Narrabeen,
That is, any
combination of events, as long as it adds up to four occasions.
The committee
will consider the cases of athletes who do not meet the criteria because of
injury or any other reason on an individual basis and may decide to offer fare
assistance if the committee considers it is warranted.
Athletes travelling to Masters national or international competition do NOT
qualify for fares assistance.
